SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Processing typically takes 2-7 business days before your item ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been produced and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Times
- United States: FREE standard shipping (3-7 business days after production)
- International: Shipping rates calculated at checkout (10-30 business days after production)
Please note: Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Multiple Items If you order multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and ship separately. You may receive multiple packages at different times, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order status in your account or by contacting us at dawn@controverse-see.com.
Shipping Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs (for international orders), or circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at dawn@controverse-see.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date with photos (if damaged). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Changes Once an order enters production, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
